Topics include inventory management techniques (EOQ, safety stock, JIT, MRP), supplier selection and relationship management, global supply chain management, risk management, and sustainability, quality management systems: TQM, Six Sigma, and ISO standards, and continuous improvement, Kaizen, and benchmarking.
