Professional Studies Programs

Also offered through The John E. Weems Graduate School are:

  • Dietetic Internship, which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), the accrediting agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

  • Graduate Certificate with licensure (GCL) in art, dance, family and consumer sciences, 6-9 or 9-12 English, 6-9 or 9-12 math, 6-9 or 9-12 science, 6-9 or 9-12 social studies, and theatre, which are accredited by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP).

  • Graduate certificate programs in Behavioral Forensics, Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice and Substance Use Disorder

  • Post-baccalaureate certificate programs in Digital Communication, Digital Media, and Pre-Health

  • Post-baccalaureate paralegal program, approved by the American Bar Association
