The study of rudiments of music including notation, the structure of scales, intervals, keys, triads, and aural identification of intervals and scales. Students successfully completing Fundamentals of Music I and II will be prepared to enter MUS 100 Elementary Music Theory and MUS 150 Elementary Ear Training.
