A course on linear models, including single and multiple linear regression models, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), as well as generalized linear models, such as logistic regression. Further focus is on model assumptions, variable selection, and model diagnostics. This course emphasizes theory along with application through programming coursework in a high-level language suited for statistics.
